Futuraize AI (Miami, Florida) helps companies find, build and adopt AI systems. To do that we collect some personal data. This page says what we collect, why, who sees it and what you can ask us to do with it.
By using this site or working with us you agree to what is described here. Questions go to the address at the bottom of the page, or through the contact form.
Who we are
- Futuraize AI is based in Miami, Florida, and is responsible for the personal data described on this page.
- Our delivery team works from Cali, Colombia. The people on that team only see your data when they work on your project.
What we use it for
- To answer you and prepare the discovery call.
- To scope, deliver and support the work you hire us for.
- To send invoices and keep the records the law requires.
- To send you updates about your project. We do not add you to a marketing list without asking.
- To meet legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
Why we are allowed to use it
- You asked us to: you filled out the form or booked a call.
- A contract: we need the data to deliver the work you hired us for.
- The law: tax and accounting rules require us to keep some records.
- Legitimate interest: running and protecting our business, as long as it does not override your rights.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data.
- Service providers that run parts of our operation, such as website hosting, email, scheduling, video calls and meeting recording. They may only use the data to provide the service to us.
- AI model providers, when we process text on your behalf during a project. What we send, and under which data-retention terms, is agreed with you in writing before the work starts.
- Authorities, when a law, regulation or legal process requires it.
- A buyer or successor, if Futuraize AI is sold or merged, under the same commitments as this policy.
International transfers
- We work between the United States and Colombia, and some of our providers store data in other countries. When your data moves across a border, it stays under the protections described on this page and the contract terms of each provider.
How we protect it
- Data moves over encrypted connections (TLS) and is stored with providers that encrypt at rest.
- Access to client data is limited to the people working on your project.
- Systems we build for clients run on accounts in the client's name. We do not host your data on our infrastructure once the work is delivered.
- No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. We cannot promise absolute security.
How long we keep it
- Contact form and discovery call data: up to two years after our last conversation, unless you become a client or ask us to delete it sooner.
- Client project data: for the length of the engagement, then returned or deleted as agreed in the contract.
- Billing records: as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
- Access: ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: ask us to fix data that is wrong or out of date.
- Deletion: ask us to delete your data, except what we must keep by law.
- Withdraw consent or opt out of emails at any time, by replying to any email or writing to the address below.
- Portability: where the law applies, receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Residents of some states and countries, such as California or Colombia, have additional rights. Write to us and we will tell you which apply to you and how to file a complaint with your local authority.
- We answer every request within 30 days.
Cookies
- This site uses only the cookies it needs to work. It does not use advertising or analytics cookies today. If that changes, we will name the tool here before it goes live.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Other things you should know
- Children: our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you think we have, write to us and we will delete it.
- Links: this site links to other sites, such as LinkedIn and our scheduling page. Their privacy policies apply there, not this one.
Changes to this policy
- We will update this page when our practices, tools or legal obligations change, and change the date at the top.
- If you are a client and the change affects you, we will also tell you by email.
